RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Return Policy: Returns are not accepted unless it’s as result of a manufacturing defect.
• No.6 offers a limited 3 year warranty on products purchased through the No.6 webshop or an official No.6 retailer. To learn more visit our warranty page.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The original payment method will be credited.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping including customs tax is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  
• All No.6 wheelsets listed on our store are ready stock. Processing covers quality control, packing and courier pickup and takes up to 5 to 7 working days.
• Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
