GETTING YOUR CRASHED PRODUCT REPLACED

To check if your No.6 product is eligible for crash replacement, please contact us via email and include the following information:

• Picture(s) of the damaged product
• No.6 product model
• No.6 serial number
• Proof of purchase
• Date and place of purchase
• Your contact details
• Your shipping address

Once your crash replacement request is approved, please ship your product to the No.6 service center to complete the replacement.

The replaced product will not be covered by No.6’s standard three-year warranty. To ensure quick and efficient service, please remove all accessory items, including tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes, skewers, computer magnets, etc. No.6 is not responsible for lost or damaged accessories and may charge for their removal.
