Our no non-sense policy

No.6 offers a limited 3 year warranty on products purchased through the No.6 webshop or an official No.6 retailer.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

No.6 warrants all new products to be free from manufacturing or material defects for three years from the date of purchase by the original consumer from the No.6 webshop or a registered No.6 dealer. This warranty is non-transferable.The warranty period will not be extended, renewed, or otherwise affected by the subsequent resale, repair, or replacement of the product, as permitted by statutory provisions. Products or parts replaced under warranty will be covered for a new 3 year warranty period.

CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear parts: rim tape, free hub, pawls, springs, bearings, and decoration/stickers.
  • Damages caused by the mounting and assembly of inappropriate parts.
  • Damages caused by improper mounting or assembly.
  • Defects or damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance.
  • Damages due to modifications of the product.
  • Any impact damage caused by sharp items, torsion, compression, falls, abnormal impacts, or other actions not under No.6's reasonable control.  

The warranty is void if:

  • The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized No.6 representative.
  • The product has been repaired with unauthorized spare parts.
  • The product serial number has been removed, deleted, altered, or made illegible.
  • The product is a sponsored item.
     

WARRANTY ENFORCEMENT

No.6 or any registered No.6 dealer will repair or replace the product at no charge. To make a warranty claim, the consumer must submit the product and proof of purchase to No.6 or the registered No.6 dealer. No.6 or its dealers inspect 100% of products subject to warranty claims. Please submit proof of purchase (invoice).

To ensure quick and effective service, please remove all accessory items (tires, tubes, rim tape, cassettes, skewers, computer magnets, etc.). No.6 is not responsible for lost or damaged accessories and may charge for their removal.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the dealer or No.6 and any associated transport insurance.

To the maximum extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, No.6 or its third-party suppliers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated benefits, loss of use, loss of revenue, cost of substitute equipment or facilities, claims of third parties, or damage to property resulting from the purchase or use of the product. This includes breaches of warranty, contract, negligence, strict tort, or any legal or equitable theory, even if No.6 knew of the likelihood of such damages. No.6 shall not be liable for any delay in warranty service.
