Every No.6 wheelset is built for performance and delivered with care. We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely, wherever you ride.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on all orders over USD $2000 (selected regions)
- Flat shipping fee of USD $30 for small replacement parts
- Free shipping is not included for Crash Replacements
- For destinations outside our free shipping regions, an additional USD $250 international shipping fee will apply. This will always be clearly shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Please note that, depending on your destination, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. While we work with reliable global carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Local courier operations
- External factors beyond our control
- We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Delivery & Responsibility
A delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms the shipment has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
At this point:
- The order is considered fulfilled
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient
Secure Delivery for High-Value Orders
For higher-value orders (typically above USD $500), a signature upon delivery may be required to ensure secure handover.
If a delivery is:
- Released without signature at the recipient’s request, or
- Completed while unattended
- The parcel will be considered received once marked as delivered.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If your package arrives with visible damage or signs of tampering, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist with investigation, we will require:
- Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)
- Photos of internal packaging
- Shipping label
- Without this information within the stated timeframe, the shipment will be considered accepted in full.
Theft After Delivery
In the rare event that a shipment is believed to have been stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report as soon as possible. A copy of the report is required for us to assist in submitting a claim with the courier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are unable to take responsibility for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer-provided information
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Support & Resolution
If an issue arises during delivery, our team will work with you to find a fair and practical solution.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- Replacement at a reduced cost
- Shipping-only replacement
- These solutions are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of getting you back on the road as quickly as possible.
- Acceptance of such a resolution constitutes full and final settlement of the order.
Sponsored & Special Orders
Orders placed under sponsorships, ambassador programs, or special pricing are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or disputes once fulfilled.
By participating in these programs, the customer acknowledges that:
- Delivery obligations are fulfilled once marked delivered
- Post-delivery claims are not eligible for refund or replacement
Fair Use & Disputes
We are committed to supporting genuine cases and fair outcomes.
However, disputes filed after:
Confirmed delivery, or Accepted resolution
May be treated as misuse of the payment system. In such cases, we reserve the right to submit full documentation to the relevant financial institutions and restrict future purchases.
