Every No.6 product is designed and built to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
No.6 provides a 4-year limited warranty on all products purchased through our official webshop or authorised retailers.
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for a period of 4 years from the original date of purchase, and applies to the original owner only.
Warranty Scope
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
The warranty period is not extended or renewed through:
- Resale
- Repair
- Replacement
However, any product or component replaced under warranty will be covered by a new 4-year warranty period, starting from the date of replacement.
Our warranty is designed to support genuine manufacturing issues while ensuring fair and consistent use across all riders.
What’s Covered
The No.6 warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal riding conditions, including:
- Carbon rim structure and integrity
- Hub shell and internal mechanisms
- Spokes and overall wheel build quality
- Workmanship and assembly
Where a defect is confirmed, No.6 will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
Conditions & Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and service items, including rim tape, freehub components, ratchets, springs, and decals
- Damage resulting from the use or installation of incompatible components
- Improper installation, assembly, or setup
- Misuse, neglect, or insufficient maintenance
- Any form of product modification
- Damage caused by impact, including sharp objects, torsion, compression, crashes, or abnormal forces beyond normal riding conditions
Warranty Validity
The warranty will not apply if:
- The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorised No.6 representative
- Unauthorised or non-approved spare parts have been used
- The product serial number has been removed, altered, or made illegible
- The product was provided under sponsorship or special promotional terms
If a warranty issue arises, No.6 or an authorised No.6 dealer will assess the product and, where applicable, repair or replace it at no charge.
To initiate a claim, please provide:
- The product for inspection
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
All warranty claims are subject to full inspection to ensure they meet the conditions of coverage.
Preparing Your Product
To help us process your claim efficiently, please remove all non-essential accessories before sending your product, including:
- Tires and tubes
- Rim tape
- Cassettes
- Skewers
- Sensors or computer magnets
No.6 is not responsible for any accessories left on the product and reserves the right to remove them if required.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping the product to No.6 or an authorised dealer
- Any associated shipping or insurance costs
If a defect is confirmed, we will take care of the next steps accordingly.
Service & Responsibility
We are committed to resolving warranty claims as efficiently as possible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, No.6 is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of use, revenue, or anticipated benefits
- Costs associated with alternative equipment
- Third-party claims or property damage arising from product use
We are also not liable for delays in warranty service that may occur due to logistics, inspection, or external factors.
