These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the No.6 website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

We aim to make every purchase seamless, secure, and transparent — from checkout to delivery.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

While rare, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in situations such as:

  • Product availability constraints
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Risk or security concerns

If this occurs, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.

Where applicable, taxes may be included or calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Prices are subject to change from time to time, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price paid.

Payment

We offer a range of secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Full payment is required before an order is:

  • Confirmed
  • Released into production
  • Prepared for shipment

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected at all times.

A Note on Fair Use

To maintain a secure and reliable platform for all riders, we reserve the right to review and decline transactions that appear irregular or high-risk. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every No.6 wheelset is built for performance and delivered with care. We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely, wherever you ride.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping on all orders over USD $2000 (selected regions)
  • Flat shipping fee of USD $30 for small replacement parts
  • Free shipping is not included for Crash Replacements

For destinations outside our free shipping regions, an additional USD $250 international shipping fee will apply. This will always be clearly shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Please note that, depending on your destination, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide.

While we work with reliable global carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Local courier operations
  • External factors beyond our control

We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Delivery & Responsibility

A delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms the shipment has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

At this point:

  • The order is considered fulfilled
  • Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient
Secure Delivery for High-Value Orders

For higher-value orders (typically above USD $500), a signature upon delivery may be required to ensure secure handover. 

If a delivery is:

  • Released without signature at the recipient’s request, or
  • Completed while unattended

The parcel will be considered received once marked as delivered.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your package arrives with visible damage or signs of tampering, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with investigation, we will require:

  • Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)
  • Photos of internal packaging
  • Shipping label

Without this information within the stated timeframe, the shipment will be considered accepted in full.

Theft After Delivery

In the rare event that a shipment is believed to have been stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a police report as soon as possible.

A copy of the report is required for us to assist in submitting a claim with the courier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are unable to take responsibility for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to customer-provided information

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Support & Resolution

If an issue arises during delivery, our team will work with you to find a fair and practical solution.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Replacement at a reduced cost
  • Shipping-only replacement

These solutions are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of getting you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Acceptance of such a resolution constitutes full and final settlement of the order.

Sponsored & Special Orders

Orders placed under sponsorships, ambassador programs, or special pricing are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or disputes once fulfilled.

By participating in these programs, the customer acknowledges that:

  • Delivery obligations are fulfilled once marked delivered
  • Post-delivery claims are not eligible for refund or replacement
Fair Use & Disputes

We are committed to supporting genuine cases and fair outcomes.

However, disputes filed after:

  • Confirmed delivery, or
  • Accepted resolution

May be treated as misuse of the payment system. In such cases, we reserve the right to submit full documentation to the relevant financial institutions and restrict future purchases.

Cancellation

Every No.6 wheelset is hand-built and individually prepared before it leaves our workshop. This ensures the highest level of performance, precision, and finish.

Depending on factory capacity, each order typically requires 5–7 working days to be built and ready for dispatch. 

As production often begins shortly after an order is placed, we operate a structured cancellation policy.

Within 24 Hours

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

6.8% processing fee will apply to cover payment and administrative costs already incurred.

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, orders are typically released into production.

Cancellations at this stage will incur a total fee of 16.8%, reflecting:

Once Production Has Progressed

As each wheelset is built to order, cancellations may no longer be possible once production has significantly progressed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand behind the quality of every wheelset we build.

Returns

As each No.6 product is precision-built, returns are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Warranty

No.6 provides a limited 4-year warranty on products purchased through our official webshop or authorised retailers.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions.

Refunds

Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.


If the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item sent, or
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

We will arrange or reimburse return shipping accordingly.

WARRANTY
Limited Warranty

No.6 provides a 4-year limited warranty on all products purchased through our official website or authorised retailers.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal riding conditions.

Crash Replacement

We support our riders beyond the warranty period.

No.6 offers a lifetime crash replacement program across all products — even if you are not the original owner.

In the event of crash or impact damage, we’ll provide a fair and practical replacement solution to help you get back on the road.

We design our products to perform at the highest level and stand behind their quality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, No.6 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

All content on the No.6 website — including text, imagery, graphics, and brand assets — is the property of No.6 and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS
